Meet Rita
Insurance is crucial in reducing financial loss or hardship and should be considered a necessary tool for managing risk. I believe in honest and transparent communication in all aspects of life, but especially when finding the right coverages for my clients so they fully understand their options.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on several important projects and accomplishing impactful goals. One achievement that stands out is my leadership of an award-winning sales team for five consecutive years.
Lending a hand to others and our community is also very important to me. I enjoy mentoring young individuals, empowering them to have confidence in their abilities. When not working, I prioritize spending quality time with my family. If that's not possible, I often indulge in watching a movie or immersing myself in a good book, which I find to be peaceful.
